E-Spec JPEG Publisher v6.0
Image is everything.
Having the current version of an image, in the right file format, in the right place for each person who needs it in an organization is a considerable task.
E-Spec JPEG Publisher automates the creation of JPEG files to meet the image needs of your organization. As the Adobe Illustrator file is created or edited, E-Spec JPEG Publisher automatically creates JPEG files in specified target locations. You choose which type of JPEG file(s) should be created: the entire file, each layer or each layer/sublayer combination.
Let your creative staff focus on their artwork and put E-Spec JPEG Publisher to work to satisfy the JPEG image needs of your organization.
Youíll never have an out of date JPEG again!

E-Spec XMP Publisher
Plug E-Spec's XMP Publisher into Adobe® Illustrator® and an image will never be just an image again.
XMP Publisher seamlessly collects information about the image from the user as it is created. This information is embedded it into each Illustrator file as metadata and added to any JPEG files created by our JPEG Publisher. This metadata can now be leveraged across other applications to stream the business process while reducing redundant data entry and errors. The metadata can be utilized further to populate a Digital Asset Management System, such as Extensis Portfolio, allowing viewing, archiving and distribution of assets across your entire organization.
Start making your images work for you today with E-Spec's XMP Publisher.
Available for Adobe® Illustrator® CS2 and CS3.

E-Spec InDesign Publisher
E-Spec now offers multiple InDesign plug-ins and templates designed to automate the generation of linesheets, catalogs and storyboards.
By placing an image containing metadata into an InDesign file, our plugin can use the metadata to query a database an return a defined set of data which is displayed alongside the image. The user can then modify the InDesign file layout moving the images and data around, resizing and formatting the text while maintaining a link back to the database to refresh the data with current content
You have to see this to believe how powerful a tool this really is!
